SEP-GRIS-EXTRAIT

As part of the HR transformation of a telecoms operator, the group called on the consulting firms Kéa and Learn Assembly to review its HR model, including the L&D model. The aim was to align the learning strategy with emerging business needs and optimize the L&D organization to meet future challenges. Here’s a look back at this ambitious project, which combines reskilling, governance and digitalization.

A clear strategic framework: from vision to action

The group wished to draw on a new L&D strategy to anticipate the transformations of its professions. To meet this need, we carried out a complete analysis of the operating model, purchasing and governance of the learning department. We then defined priorities:

  • Restructuring learning programs
  • Developing team skills
  • Integrating technological solutions such as generative AI tools

Upskilling and reskilling: preparing the future of our businesses

In a context where current digital skills will be obsolete within 2.5 to 5 years, the company has focused on continuous learning. To this end, the group has set up skills development programs (upskilling and reskilling). In addition, to support this initiative, Learn Assembly has been working on various areas of learning, such aslearning on the job, upgrading the skills of learning teams, and identifying synergies in purchasing. This approach responds to the urgent need to prepare employees for the challenges of digitalization and automation.

Adapting to the challenges of transformation

To ensure the success of this HR transformation at a telecom operator, a new L&D governance structure was set up. The organization clarified the roles and responsibilities of all those involved in learning. In particular, the company set up cross-functional teams dedicated to the design and production of learning content. The aim is to pool efforts while ensuring program consistency at both group and local levels.

One last word

With Kéa, Learn Assembly has contributed to the in-depth transformation of the group’s L&D deparment. And the main challenge? To makelearning accessible, agile and in line with the company’s strategic needs .
