Oganizing webinars, workshops and other online events is part of their daily routine. In fact, it helps them keep learners engaged and involved in a learning program. The goal is to strengthen their commitment by offering them an interactive and stimulating environment, capable of generating long-term interest.
To excel, the Learning Community Manager must master digital tools (communication platforms, corporate social networks, community management tools). They know how to analyze engagement data, identify content that works and adapt their actions accordingly. Learning communities are also spaces for sharing relevant content.
