In concrete terms...

Why this barometer?
To anticipate the transformations facing companies, their ability to develop a culture of lifelong learning will become decisive.
Our aim is to raise the profile of innovative companies, promote best practices and provide inspiration for all companies wishing to embark on a learning approach.
What methodology?
On receipt of your application, a panel of independent experts reviews all the candidates. The jury may ask for interviews with the candidate company to complete the file. And of course, jury members sign a confidentiality agreement. The top 10 is then made public at the barometer presentation. All candidate companies receive a personalized report.
Jury members sign a confidentiality agreement not to divulge any information contained in the applications studied. The top 10 are made public at the barometer's closing ceremony. All candidate companies receive their report and recommendations.
